Life Legacy
Nathan Leon Cantor, 39 of Linden, formerly of the Washington, DC area, passed away Friday, March 5, 2010 at Winchester Medical Center.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 14, 2010 at 12:30 p.m. at the Unity of the Shenandoah Church, 6460 Valley Pike, Stephens City, VA 22655. Reverend D. Swinney will officiate.
Nathan was born on May 15, 1970 in Vienna, Austria, beloved son of Lynn and David Steed of Linden; and, David J. and Cynthia Cantor of Sun Lakes, Arizona. He was self-employed as a bike courier in the Washington, DC area, a career that Nathan thoroughly enjoyed. He was Protestant by faith.
In addition to his parents, Nathan will be sorely missed by his stepbrother, Darren Steed; his uncle Skip Smith; and cousins Timothy S. Smith, Matthew P. Smith, and Gregory S. Perkins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Lyell C and Helen R. Smith; his paternal grandmother, Sadye Cantor; his step grandmother, Lillian Steed; and his Oma and Opa, Rolfe and Wilma Krischer.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Unity of the Shenandoah, 6460 Valley Pike, Stephens City, VA 22655.
